Attorney Lucyniak focuses his practice in civil litigation including personal injury, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, employment law, and small business representation.
For over fifteen years, Attorney Lucyniak has represented thousands of clients ranging from individuals injured in car accidents and slip and falls, small businesses in complex litigation and employees victimized by their employers through discrimination or a failure to pay them their full wage.
Greg received his juris doctor from New England School of Law, where he received the honor of being named a New England Scholar. After completing his Juris Doctorate, he received a Master of Laws degree in taxation and estate planning from Boston University School of Law.
Attorney Lucyniak has been repeatedly recognized as a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers Magazine and a Thumbtack Top Pro.
Neil S. Cohen, Esq., of counsel
Attorney Cohen focuses his practice in civil litigation including personal injury, contract disputes, and small business representation.
For over twenty years, Attorney Cohen acted as trial counsel on hundreds of complex personal injury cases including car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death and construction accidents recovering over one million dollars in total verdicts and settlements.
In 2011 Neil retired from full time practice in Massachusetts and now consults with Cohen & Lucyniak, P.C. in an Of Counsel role.
